Returns
We hope you love your order. If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at orders@vaslette.com.
As all our products are handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Fresh Flowers
Products containing fresh flowers are perishable and cannot be returned or refunded once delivered, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Each arrangement is handmade using seasonal flowers, so colours and flower varieties may vary slightly from the photographs.
Personalised & Handmade Items
Personalised items and handmade products created specifically for your order cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Delivery
Delivery charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
